The holidays with culinary delights

“An excellent ingenious cuisine” … this is the frequent judgement of our guests concerning the meals. We offer you game from the woods around Bernau, veal and beef from a neighbouring farm, fine fish as well as fruits and vegetables from the Lake Constance. You may also savour Alsatian delicacies. Our varied menu offers a wide choice for any taste: from traditional farmers' snacks to the 7 course “gourmet menu”.

You can choose between: Accommodation wit breakfast (with possibility to savour meals in our restaurant “à la carte”) or accommodation with “3/4 board gourmet”

Every evening we will serve you a 5 course “gourmet” menu
with salad buffet; different menus and desserts to choose from.

On Saturday you can even savour a 7 course “gourmet” menu with wine tasting (“Insights”) free of charge in our wine cellar

Don’t be afraid, the quantities won’t be excessive, however

you will be enthusiastic about the creativity of our kitchen team.

Really great: there are now even more relishes offered to our guests since we are serving them a substantial snack in the afternoon.

Or you might prefer a piece of our housemade cakes with coffee, fruit juices or our spring water

Within our “3/4 board gourmet” we serve you from 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.

our substantial healthy snacks:
fruit salads, yogurts, fruit juices, spring water and many other things.

Of course, we serve you as well more hearty snacks,
